UMKC's program website went offline during 2026: every page in the School of Medicine's MSA section now returns "not found", and only the university's academic catalog entry remains live. The figures here were verified against the program's pages in August 2026; the sources list links to archived copies because the live pages have since disappeared. Confirm the program's current status and next application cycle directly with UMKC before relying on them. A January start is unusual among CAA programs, and the 2026-27 deadline (CASAA verified by June 1, materials by June 15) has already passed for the January 2027 cohort. The program has run since 2008: 119.5 credit hours and 2,000+ clinical hours. The program states no residency preference for admissions, but its footprint is Missouri-heavy: 78% of graduates have taken jobs in Missouri (earlier FAQ versions cited 84-92%).
