Announced June 2025 as an expansion of the VCOM/Bluefield 28-month MHSA to the Blacksburg, Virginia campus, with a first class expected in 2027 (an expectation, not an enrollment fact). It would be Virginia's first AA program following the 2025 law. Blacksburg is not yet in the CAAHEP directory or CASAA; the MHSA's 2026-27 CASAA cycle covers only Auburn and Carolinas, and seats, start month, and tuition are unpublished. The prerequisites shown are the program-wide MHSA list shared with Auburn and Carolinas, since Blacksburg has not posted campus-specific variations or opened applications. VCOM's claimed 100% historical AA job-placement rate reflects the Auburn campus.
