Act is named '2011 Wis. Act 160' but was enacted March 28, 2012 and effective April 12, 2012, so 2012 is the effective year. Act 160 also created a Council on Anesthesiologist Assistants advising the Medical Examining Board. Statute expressly states the 2-student supervision limit does not cap the number of other qualified anesthesia providers an anesthesiologist may supervise. 2025 Wis. Act 76 (which appears in ch. 448 history notes) is a general board-discipline/respiratory-care-compact act, not AA-specific, so it is excluded from bills. No AA-specific 2025–2026 Wisconsin legislation found.
